Olde English Bulldogge Contract

 1. A 300 non-refundable deposit will hold a puppy of your choice. Puppy must be paid for in full by 10 weeks of age. If puppy is not paid in full the puppy will go back up for sale and your deposit can go toward a future litter.

2. We will provide you with a vaccination record. It is the buyers responsibility to continue the vaccines. If buyer fails to continue vaccines on schedule this contract is void. We are not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis( cherry eye), fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left our hands. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy away from contaminated areas, out of heat and cold drafty places.

3. Buyer has 72 hours from the date of transfer to have the puppy examined by their veterinarian. If the buyers veterinarian finds a defect in the puppy the puppy must be return to us at buyers expense within 48 hours of being examined by buyers veterinarian and we will have the puppy examined by our veterinarian if both vets agree that the defect exists then a new healthy puppy will be given to the buyer as soon as one is available. If the puppy dies within the 72 hour period than an autopsy must be done at buyers expense to determine the cause of death. The veterinarian is to put the cause in writing and call us. If cause of death is due to a problem that existed before time of transfer of ownership than a new healthy puppy will be given to the buyer as soon as one is available. We reserve the right to have our own veterinarian do an autopsy on the puppy.  At no time are we the sellers responsible for buyers veterinarian expenses.

4. We will provide you with registration papers for the puppy if papers have not come in by the time of transfer then they will be mailed to you as soon as they arrive to us.

5. Your puppy will need a crate or kennel, toys, proper food and fresh water, exercise and lots of LOVE. We recommend  a puppy class or two these have been very helpful for us.

6. If at any time the buyers are unable to care for their puppy/dog then the puppy/dog may be returned to us at buyers expense. The puppy/dog must be up to date on shots, heart worm preventive and not be aggressive.  We will either find a new home for the puppy/dog or we will keep the puppy/ dog with us. No refunds will be given.
