payments can be made using your credit card through paypal to bullpen@charter.net NO CHECKS. We also accept postal money orders and cash in person. http://www.paypal.com/ . . All puppies are to be paid in full before puppy is given to their new owner. Puppies need to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made.
We want you to be happy with your purchase we have written this contract to protect both parties. Please follow your veterinarian's advice on how to care for your new puppy.
1. A $500 non-refundable deposit will hold a puppy of your choice. Puppy must be paid for in full by 8 weeks of age. If puppy is not paid in full the puppy will go back up for sale and you loose your deposit.
2. We will provide you with a vaccination record. It is the buyers responsibility to continue the vaccines. If buyer fails to continue vaccines on schedule this contract is void.
3. Buyer has 3 days from the date of transfer to have the puppy examined by their veterinarian. Mail us a copy of your receipt from the examination. If buyer fails to take the puppy to a license veterinarian within the first 3 days this contract is void. If the buyers veterinarian finds a defect in the puppy the puppy must be return to us within 3 days of the examination. We will need a written statement from your veterinarian. We will have the puppy examined by our veterinarian at our expense if both vets agree that the defect exists then a new healthy puppy will be given to the buyer as soon as one is available. Return of the original puppy plus pickup, delivery or shipping of the replacement puppy is at the buyers expense. We cannot guarantee your dog to not get parvo or distemper it is of most importance that you continue the series of shot's through your veterinarian on time.
4. We will provide you with registration papers for the puppy if papers have not come in by the time of transfer then they will be mailed to you as soon as they arrive to us.
5. Your puppy will need a crate and or kennel, bed, blanket, toys, proper food and fresh water, exercise and lots of LOVE. Please no chains a dog on a chain is unpredictable! Olde's are able to stay outside with proper shelter.
6. If at any time the buyers are unable to care for their puppy/dog then the puppy/dog may be returned to us at buyers expense. The puppy/dog must be up to date on shots, heart worm preventive and not be aggressive. All paperwork and veterinarian records must be returned with the puppy/dog. No refund will be given for any reason and we are not responsible for any vet bills for any reason. It is the buyers responsibility to get the puppy/dog back to us.
7. We guarantee this puppy until one year of age against serious genetic defects. If your veterinarian finds a serious genetic defect that has come from our breeding program we will replace your puppy with one of equal value as soon as one is available. We will need a written statement from your veterinarian. We reserve the right to have our own vet do an examine of the puppy/ dog at our expense to confirm the condition. We do not guarantee that your dog will be able to reproduce or be a show dog. We are not responsible for immunity level, mites, worms, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, cherry eye,entropion, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left our hands. Coccida, Giardia, & Kennel Cough often happen when a dog is shipped Coccida and Giardia are easily treated by your vet and Kennel Cough will run its course like a common cold. We do not guarantee the hips (loose hips) We have not and will not ever breed a dog with questionable hips period!. All large breed dogs run the risk of hip problems. Return of the original puppy and pickup of the replacement puppy is @ buyers expense. Dog must not have been bred or altered. We the sellers are not responsible for buyers neglect. This puppy must not be used in any illegal activity such as dog fighting. A puppy is not guaranteed if he/she is used for weight pulling.
8. This contract is non transferable.
